Tech Topic Connection

    Hardware components of computer systems will always have a connection and tie to the

fundamentals of information technology because it is one of the core parts of understanding

technology as a whole. If you want to understand how a computer is working then you look at

the hardware side of things such as the CPU, GPU, and RAM. It is integrated into the history

of electronics ever since the beginning because you need to know what hardware is in a computer

in order to run it. One piece of hardware will always interact with another, they can not work by

themselves most of the time. For example, the RAM gives memory to the computer's CPU

sending and receiving information. They work together to help the computer run.


    The computer hardware also interacts with the many computer programming languages and

executions. A programming language is the language a computer understands such as Machine

language, Assembly, and High-Level Language such as Python or C++. These languages interact

with the computer, specifically the CPU. It tells it what to do and the CPU responds. That is the

a basic example of a piece of hardware interacting with computer programming languages. But

 that is not the only thing the computer hardware interacts with.


    The computer's hardware also interacts with the application software that is on the computer. The

 the role that computer components have on software is the same as a programming language but

communicates with even more parts of the computer. GPU's, RAM, Storage, and even more can

all communicate with the software you are running. The hardware components also even relate to

 databases and database management in especially the same way as the other two. It is all

connected and if you get a basic understanding of it, then you will be able to learn and understand

 more around the information technology field.


    The basic concepts of network architecture, management, and security influence computer

hardware in my ways, shapes, and forms. The hardware of a computer makes up the important

components of any machine. Some do better for some jobs than others for example network

 architecture will be more forced on the CPU side of things. It shows that no matter what purpose

 it is used for it is one of the most important and core parts of a computer. This is the connection that 

computer hardware has in the industry of information technology.

Programming Languages

  Scratch is a website used to create things using building block type coding. It is used by millions and is also used to help teach many others how to create many things like animations, music, and even simple video games. I used to use this program way back in middle school to try to learn programming. As someone that has used this tool before going back to it felt somewhat familiar as I was able to create a very simple scratch project within 30 minutes to an hour.
